Returns Policy

Bedding Royal handles after delivery services on a case basis with the objective of making our clients happy. We always back ups our customer and our ultimate goal is their satisfaction. Our philosophy is to always stay in fair and provide equal rights to every customer. We make sure to deliver the best quality bedding products at best market rates for the quality of services. We Provides secured return and exchange policy which will enable the best customer satisfaction throughout dealing. Below are our returns and exchange policies.

Here at we are committed to ensuring that you get the best products and after service from us.

  • If for any reasons you are not satisfied with our products these can be returned to us for a FULL/PARTIAL REFUND in their original packaging/conditions within 14 working days of the date you received the order. Date of delivery will be accounted as per tracking details from the service provider.
  • Customers can report any damage, faulty or any other issue related to order at within the first instance of receiving delivery.
  • Product Return Services must be communicated by and pictures of items must be taken if you are concerned about damages during its return journey.
  • Before returning the item/s please contact our customer service by e-mail including the order number. This will help move the process along when the goods are received back to us. Based on receipt of the item back to us in original and unused condition, we will process your refund within 2-3 business working days.
  • Once you send the item back to us, you have to share the tracking details to our so we further track the product.
  • All items returned must be in saleable condition i.e. must not have been worn/handled. Items must not have been removed from the cardboard under any circumstances for health and hygiene purposes.
  • For exchanges, the exchange can only be done in the same product category at the same price, and if you want to exchange to a different item with different price, the buyer has to pay the price difference.
  • In order to ensure the safe RETURN of the products, be sure to contact us before sending it back, we have the right to refuse to sign for the package if you send them back without our permission. Otherwise, a customer is held as responsible for any type of losses.
  • If you receive the wrong item, please contact us with the picture of the item you received within 24 hours of receipt, and we will make sure that you get the correct item right away. The same rules applies to FAULTY Items.
  • For pillows and similar items that are used, we cannot give you refund or exchange your item for HYGIENIC reasons and therefore, please be sure of which item or size you are buying.
  • Return Postage: If item is faulty and buyer wants to return it or exchange it, we will pay the return postage up to £3.00 to the buyer, but if buyer changes mind and wants to return the item, the buyer pays the return postage
